Our founders are actual medical scientists, that have worked in real medical laboratories. With their collective analytical experience in the medical field, they came up with the idea to use their skills and experiences in application with enjoyable beverages and sonic fidelity.

This is our experiment to combine those loves to one thing, bringing you experiences you won’t find anywhere else.

We also seek to preserve the Ryukyu’s culture of food and beverage. By experimenting with traditional Ryukyu techniques and combining them with modern twists on dishes and beverages, we seek to create a new standard of cultural preservation and enhance the magic of the Ryukyu’s food and beverage charm. We seek these benefits by using locally sourced ingredients from our farmers at the peak of season.

With our love of music, we will be a small venue for both the new and bashful musician up to those who have played large venues. We aren’t picky, if you are a musician, we want to share your talent and music with our friends, our customers. While we may have limited space, we know music knows no bounds.

Additionally, we know how important community is. We strive to create a work environment that accepts all and encourages our staff to learn and grow. We hope to nurture bartending staff that wish to enter competitions with our unique trademark of blended flavors. We plan to invest not only in the growth of our staff, but also the local community.
