For our customers — To provide an atmosphere to enjoy relaxing while tasting drinks from different locations around the world and listening to diverse musical compositions.

For our community — The Lab on Okinawa will provide the local community a stable work environment and staff with the opportunity to expand their knowledge and grow in their career through training and instruction of various drink and food classes and competitions.

For our Islands — The Lab on Okinawa will strive to develop unique new flavors of food and drink using locally sourced ingredients and techniques that can be shared with friends and family. We will also research developing kitchen techniques and sustainable packaging for our product development.
